DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK. Orders are dispatched from Liverpool, UK within 1-2 days, however orders may take up to 4 days to dispatch during busy periods. Once dispatched UK Post deliver orders within 2-7 day

Shipping costs : Depend on weight/size of products.

Please provide an address where you will be able to sign for deliveries. Alternatively, a card will be left for pick up at the Post Office. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship overseas (worldwide). Please contact us to confirm shipping is available if unsure. Once shipped delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks. CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES or any additional charges are the sole responsibility of customers.

PAYMENT FAILURE

Should your payment method fail we will notify you by email and then re-attempt payment within 5-10 days, then close the order if unsuccessful.

ONLINE RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Little India, you can return it within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. You may return items by posting them back to us. Please include your sales receipt with any return. If you would like a replacement or exchange please place a new order online. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Unsuitable items may be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please refer to our returns policy for conditions and instructions. 

RETURNS VIA POST

Please note that any parcels sent to Little India Returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service. 

BODY JEWELLERY & EARRINGS RETURN POLICY

We do not except returns of body jewellery or earrings unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us via email if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect so that we can assist you.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

An order can only be cancelled/changed up to the point it is dispatched. Please contact us ASAP email if wishing to change your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been dispatched.
