How do I track my order?

All orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail postal service and can be tracked using the link below simply enter your unique tracking code. You will find this code on your recent Shipping Confirmation email.

My confirmation does not state a tracking number?

All of our orders are sent as tracked shipping unless they are small items which are then classed as a large letter. These items are sent 'signed for' which means a member of the household will have to sign for the item when a delivery attempt is made. We will then receive a notification stating your parcel is delivered.

The reason we choose 'signed for' on small items is to save you money! As the postage rate for tracked would be more than the cost of the items... crazy we know!

My parcel states 'Delivered' but I have not received it?

Firstly check with your neighbours & household members to ensure that nobody has taken in the delivery for you.  

If nobody is home once a delivery attempt is made the parcel will be sent directy to your local postal sorting office. You will be able to collect your parcel providing you have photograph ID.  Parcels will be held up to 3 weeks at the local postal offices before being returned to ourselves.

In some circumstances postal services do not leave delivery cards to state a delivery was made.  This is why it is important to ask your neighbours, household members & your local postal sorting office if they have received your parcel.
